Specialist Brandon S. Tobler, 19, of Portland, Oregon. Tobler was killed in a non-hostile vehicle accident in Iraq. He was assigned to the Army Reserve's 671st Engineer Company, Portland, Oregon. Died on March 22, 2003 while supporting Operation Iraqi Freedom. God Bless.... Christmas in Arlington... Rest easy sleep well my brothers. Know the line has held, your job is done.
