How is the process after I submit my packet in for a flight warrant officer (153a)?

I know needs to be in by January 18th. Then they give you time for corrections and such. In March they select, do you physically have to go to a board or is it just a bunch of higher ups selecting people? Also, for my packet my main focus is a high soft score, any other recommendations? What I know is I go pass the sift, flight physical, letters of recommendations, and whatever forms in the packet is needed and email it.

There is no board you physically attend unless you are National Guard as their process is different. For Active Duty everything is reviewed by a board of Warrant Officers.
Your main focus should be ensuring your packet is complete with no errors, typos, etc. SIFT score is just one aspect of the packet like the Flight Physical or your DA Photo. If anything USAREC 3.2, particularly your resume should be the focus as it's your opportunity to convince the board why you should be allowed to fly multi-million dollar aircraft.
