Old Man Statement, Day 64, 12 November 2024
Mr. Burk is so old...he was the first cell to ever be created.
One of the greatest things about teaching is when students come to me to ask for a reference for higher education and being able to give them a letter that shows what an outstanding student they were. Two former female students are applying to the Tennessee Governors School for Science and Engineering. These seats for entry into this program and other Governors School programs are very competitive and only 120 from across the state will get into this specific course of study. Other courses might have different capacities.
