Anterior Pelvic Tilt is common amongst service members as we tend to do much running, rucking, and ab exercises like sit-ups. Lower back pain is generally a cause of this type of issue.

I have always been a proponent of exercise, as is medically possible, to curb back pain.

For example, this morning I awoke at 0600 and was sore and in pain. At 0715 hrs I teed off at the Santa Anita Golf Course.... Through my round of 18 holes I walked, sliced just about every ball I swung at, hit every tree on the course, and now my back feels pretty good.

The theme he is movement that creates blood flow to remove the inflammation and brings nutrients through the body.
