One thing many folks don't realize is that airlines are very frugal when it comes to upgrading most of the software that keep their systems running. When old software takes a hit it may not be easy to reboot it, heck some of it is probably 9older than the tech trying to get it running again.

It's wild to think of a massive airline like Delta being impacted for days from a single software glitch – definitely shows how fragile those systems can be. A friend of mine who was supposed to fly First Class for the first time had their flight canceled, and they were really bummed. They had scored a good deal, so seeing Affordable First Class Travel at https://travelbusinessclass.com/first-class-flights finally within reach made this an even bigger letdown. It's nice that other airlines seem to have rebounded, though I hope Delta can get back on track soon.
