People think they are in the clear once they retire...they are not if they committed a crime while in uniform

If retired, not even in the clear if you commit a crime once retired.
In one of the worst decisions ever, SCOTUS decided that all retirees who are drawing pay are eligible for recall.... For anything. At any time.
(Services use the authority sparingly, because it is expensive, and bad PR if abused, but they have it.)
