We need someone to do something different. Overweight seems to be the norm in our society. Mention it and you are looked at as if you are a xenophobic monster. Three years ago, I stepped on the scale and weighed 194 pounds. I stepped off and told my wife that I had become a short fat guy! I took it upon myself to do something about it and now weigh 162. Still a little pudgy but it's a slow process to get back to where I should be! BTW... I took "No drugs" - Ozempic or any other type weight loss drugs.

There seems to be a "Lack Of" natural will & hard work in today's civilian society. lol Gotta take
"A Cure All Pill" that costs 800 for a months supply...
