I retired in Texas and have remained there. If any old soldiers from my previous tours come to Central TX for vacation give me a nudge if you want to meet in San Antonio area. My biggest acheivement was completing the draw of 1 Cav equipment from my site in Coevorden NL during Reforger 87. Biggest exercise in history - but a far cry from the active deployments made by others into the combat zones. You all have my utmost respect.
