That one says they are losing, this one says they are winning. Frankly, to be honest, it looks like they went to the programs they had when I enlisted in 1982, BSEP and Remedial PT Platoons. There was a lot of my OSUT company didn't make weight on day one, including me. Broaden the field politically and you may find the number of acceptable recruits rising.
