Fort Sill or Fort Riley? PCSing from Schofield Barracks, HI in the near future

I've been requisitioned to bother areas. I've only been to hood and carson. Hawaii wasn't as great ad i thought it would be. Definitely want to go somewhere not so expensive and family oriented with alot of activities to do
