I prefer steaks, brats and numerous vegetables. How often do you cookout, summer holidays or every weekend?

Caribbean jerk chicken, yakitori, lamb chops, corn, bulgogi, and galbi.

Notice I didn't say steak. I can cook a better steak in a cast iron pan.

My wife does steak in a pan, it comes out great too. I haven't developed that skill yet.

It requires a lot of butter and garlic.

I love steak and I love Crown Royal, now I have to try this method. This is exactly why I stated this discussion. I need more ideas.

1.5 shots of CR. about 1/4 cup of Olive oil, minced garlic, cracked pepper, sea salt, dry chopped onion, and Ms Dash tomato Basil. Mix it all together, let it soak up all the liquid after stirring briskly. I like to rub a little extra salt/pepper on the steak before putting the mix on the steak.

I have to consult my notes for my chicken one I mix with bourbon.
