Its a new kick my wife got me on and I love it. I helps me calm down, relax and I feel great after. It even helps me sleep a bit better. I'm thinking of doing a FREE (no string attached) workshop to share what I learned with other vets. Anyone interested?

I use both breathing exercises and meditation for PTSD, which also helps with chronic pain management too. IMHO and experience it's worth learning to do.
