SGT (Join to see) - I meant that he should never own weapons as he was not safe enough nor interested enough to become safe. After two trips to the range he still did not know the name of the charging handle on his rifle.

This is parenting and probably a little bit of the left scarying everyone into feeling they need weapons. I have seen more people buying weapons since COVID that were scared into buying them that had no business with firearms.
