Supreme Court refuses to hear Remington's appeal in lawsuit from Sandy Hook victims

This is utter BS. How in the hell can Remington be held liable for the massacre because they sold a LEGAL Bushmaster AR-15 to a retailer who sold it to the killer. That is like saying Honda is held liable for selling a Accord to a known drunk who killed someone because they were driving drunk or a sober person that drove it into a school killing kids. This is ludacris. If you don't want them to sell them then make them illegal to manufacture...until then NO. A gun doesn't have a conscious brain that decides to kill folks. It is no different than a hammer or a car or a crossbow. The person pulling the trigger is liable and those that let their mental conditions go unchecked or "releasing" them from therapy because they are "sane" should be held liable...not the doggone gun manufacturer. I t doesn't go boom until someone makes a conscious thought to pull a trigger and then and only then does it hit whatever the barrel was pointed at.
