This has more details. He had a gun. Refused to comply with officers (weird I thought the rule was comply or die...). Even after his victim left the home he refused to leave. Suspended as of now. Not looking good. But I bet he will get to retire.

SFC Kelly Fuerhoff I read about this incident and another SF Soldier’s recent arrest. There was mention of PTSD from combat deployment and on-going investigations. Thanks for this update.
