About
“CHRISTIANITY” is from the Latin word Christus meaning “Christ, the Anointed One.“ Christianity is a religion based on the life and teachings of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, ascribing to his own testimony that He is God and came to die for the sins of the world. He is the only way to be saved and enter Heaven, and is returning in power to judge the world.
Since the beginning of time, from the first sin of man, all mankind has been under the condemnation of God Almighty, the Creator of the universe. (Romans 5:12). Everyone breaks Gods perfect law by sinning, so everyone is guilty. The consequence is physical death and an eternal punishment.
(Romans 3:23), (Romans 5:18). (Romans 6:23) place of eternal punishment (Revelation 20:15; Matthew 25:46)
But the gospel of Christ was preached to save all who believe on Him. All who adhere to Jesus Christ receive Redemption through his blood, the forgiveness of all sins,(Colossians 1:14; Romans 10:9) and are made One with God the Father, Jesus and all other Believers. (John 17:21-23https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John+17%3A21-23&version=NKJV
Christians can receive the spirit of wisdom and revelation in the knowledge of Christ, their understanding is enlightened and they can know God’s exceedingly great power (Ephesians 1 https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=Ephesians+1&version=KJV ), and walk in the power of Christ on Earth. Ask what we will and it will be done for us if we love Him
Thankfully, the Holy Spirit of Christ was sent to guide Believers on this Earth (John 16:7-15)https://www.biblegateway.com/passage/?search=John+16%3A7-15&version=JUB
