Experienced or treated a boxer fracture in the field?
This is a question for all you knuckle dragging barbarians and Ranger candy haters and for the angel nurses, combat medics, flight surgeons, nurse practitioners and superhero PAs etc.
How many of you have had or treated boxer fractures in the field?
Occurred in field, training or barracks?
Any experience delayed treatment due to mission?
Surgically repaired or not? Immobilized?

Just tape an aspirin to it and wrap issues with dark duct tape. It works like a miracle. Honest.

You might not get a boxer if you remember your spacing and to duck lol Brazilian Jujitsu lesson number one is all about using your space.

CW3 Jeff Held - Notice the one screw is broke, when I got the hardware out, I had three broken screws and the plate was broke too.
As I told the doctor, "I have no idea how it got broke." Lol
To tell you the truth, I was out side in my wheel chair, welding a new bumper for my truck.

MSG Dan Walther - It sure was hard to get the truck up, in a wheel chair. To get lower, I got out of the wheel chair and crawled on the ground, learned that in the infantry. Lol
