A war protest Song or two might fit in with the recent election results - Like the following;
Holy Wars, Only God Should Wage
not mortal man with contempt and rage
now lightning bolts like arrows fly
from angry clouds and dark grey skies
as battles rage and God Cries
o'er blood that's shed to desert dry
Holy Wars, only God Should Wage
mortals step down from this holy stage
it's not how God Meant us to be
when he parted the waters and calmed the sea
watch a market explode, no one knows why
hear a man's screams whilst his brothers die
again, listening glistens of charging swords and
the blood-stained sand of the holy land.
Holy Wars, ONLY GOD should wage
not mortal man with contempt and rage

Reflecting back upon the Bible, "Scored Earth" policy was practiced since before Moses time...
granted historically explaining what is in men's hearts does not make the present any easier for anyone..
In the Middle East, battles over religion has been in place since time memorable, and in-memorable.
Sad as it is, politics, religions, cultures, all man made have always been our downfalls...these are not God made.
Even God said to pray for your neighbors and enemies; as well as Jesus...
However, in the end, all the sacrifices that are given to these wars as parents, children, spouses, friends, family, and well as our brothers& sisters in arms. Anyexplanation of
death /dismemberment/unseen scars/maimed/ anxieties/fears, will never truly comfort those that have & will lose these treasured earthly relationships with individuals and our deepest loves. They will never be the same person as when they left us..
