What rank might I receive through a direct commission after serving over 2 years AD as an officer and almost 4 years enlisted in the NG?

I was recently selected for a direct commission after serving x2 yrs Active Duty as a commissioned officer, and 3 yrs, 9 mo as an enlisted SM in the National Guard. I am trying to determine the timeline of events and what rank I may receive.

Being in a MP line company, I am familiar with the traditional transitions from PL to XO, CO, etc. How does AMEDD work? What additional leadership responsibilities will I have in addition to being a registered dietian?
