FQ-NS, need input to improve my packet in order to get selected for September board?
Hello,
I was a FQ-NS for the July 2020 Warrant Officer board. I have researched all that I can to better my odds for the next board in September. Wondering if anyone else had any input or advice on making my packet more competitive?
SSG with 8 yrs AFS
SIFT score:40
Pt score: 285
GT score: 134
18 college credits
2 combat tours, on my 3rd airborne unit, serving in a position that is a rank above me, great ncoers, letter of recommendations from CW3 and CW5 flight warrants, Battalion and Company Commanders LOR.
Thanks

Don’t get discouraged. I know a lot of people that were picked up on their second look. You are obviously fully qualified competitive according to the data you provided. It is possible there were a lot of FQ-NS from the previous board that were selected because this was their last look. I am not sure at this point what changes could be made in less than a month. Maybe take a look at your summary on the resume. I would be very surprised if you were not picked up in September.

SSG (Join to see) - I know this is a very old post, but I was wondering if you got picked up on your second board?
