I know needs to be in by January 18th. Then they give you time for corrections and such. In March they select, do you physically have to go to a board or is it just a bunch of higher ups selecting people? Also, for my packet my main focus is a high soft score, any other recommendations? What I know is I go pass the sift, flight physical, letters of recommendations, and whatever forms in the packet is needed and email it.

Get familiar with the US Army Warrant Officer Recruiting website. Everything you need to know is there, from timelines to formatting and procedures. In regards of your physical evaluation, yes it goes with your packet and yes higher ranking personnel will review it. That same personnel will be who either selects you or not from entering the cohort. The selection board is not an automated system it is senior leaders evaluating and deciding whether you should be selected or not.

Of course pass the SIFT, make sure flight physical is good, but most importantly make sure you have good LOR’s. Make sure you follow instruction on the Warrant Officer Recruiting website to the T! Make sure your emails are sent with the correct subject line and Size (5 megabytes). Aside from the error free documents you have to submit I would say the most important part of your packet is Form 3.2 if I recall correctly. Form 3.2 is essentially your resume. As a PFC I presume you don’t have much leadership roles or assignments to glorify you so make sure the resume is well written and stands out. Remember that you are selling yourself, so go out there and present yourself the best you can.
