It'll be fun when he either skips town or hurts himself and the comment section explodes with demands to know why the Marine Corps allowed it to happen...

First Sgt, I would like for you to know that why the Col did what he did and stated what he stated was all in regards to "Command Influence and Due Process" I hope your paying attention,..... Aspects of the military justice system, however, related to the pervasive role of a commander in the system created the possibility and perception of unfairness to an accused. Unlawful command influence can be either actual or apparent. United States V. Osburn 33 MJ 810 (A.F.C.M.R.1991).

Command plays a central role in the military justice process that could suggest prejudice. Judge Tamm Notes a commander's or command influence can corrupt the fairness of due process to the point to where it becomes unlawful.

EVERY SOLDIER involved in both unit command and in the military justice must exercise constant vigilance to protect against command influence becoming unlawful. The evil of unlawful command influence, which corrupts the integrity of the military justice system and erodes confidence in it, both by service members and the public at large, are well recognized. See "The Curry Opinion".

Article 37 unlawful command influence OR EVIL COMMAND INFLUENCE is punishable under article 98, " A DUBAY HEARING MAY BE WARRANTED. I HOPE HUNDRENDS OF DUBAY HEARINGS ARE HELD !!!!!!!!

SPC Joshua Pruitt - I think you need to pay attention - especially when you think someone "illegally" confiscated your expired CAC (not illegal) and the other nonsense you posted.

Even this post is nonsense. Seek help.

SPC Joshua Pruitt - I would like for you to know he has been charged with Article 88 (contempt toward officials), Article 89 (disrespect toward superior commissioned officers), Article 90 (willfully disobeying a superior commissioned officer), Article 92 (dereliction in the performance of duties), Article 92 (failure to obey order or regulation) and Article 133 (conduct unbecoming an officer and a gentleman)

You don't just get to put your CoC on blast over social media and get away with it.
