Will more minority veterans receive the Medal of Honor?

If their actions warrant the award, then yes. If it's being relooked at just because of skin color, them it's wrong. By this I mean, if there is proof their submission was derailed because of racial reasons, then the Soldier definitely deserves a second look.

If it is done through the eyes of valor and not skin color then yes.

Hopefully they will.
