The media leaves race out of the vast majority of crime stories, for fear they would be called out for making crime a racial issue. But it is NOT a racial issue here. Col Joseph Lenertz - I think you are assuming how people are consuming media is the same as how you do. A lot of people get emails with headlines and have to decide if they want to enter strictly based on the headline. Without that relevant piece of information, they are much less likely to go in.

Make no mistake, the information is relevant. You are apparently uncomfortable with people pointing it out.
