There is a lot of competition and they haven't done a good job of forecasting. Customer service is lacking and their online presence isn't easy to deal with

Sears at one time would accept alternative offers and would give discounts if you picked up at stores. CRM is not a familiar term.

Treating those who work their poorly, products are too expensive, Corporate makes WAY TOO MUCH and not paying the employees enough to live (like WalMart who maybe next if they don't change)...MOSTLY GREED

Sir, look like congress they are doing that to us also, blame our retirement system. New retirement to save money so they say , so they didn't have to pay us every month and what about that free health care for life with Tricare, nothing but fees going up every year.
