What caused this great warship to sink?

How not to launch your brand new cutting edge warship. Four hundred years ago the Swedish Navy launched a new ship, twenty minutes later it sank. No one is entirely sure why, load displacement, open gun ports, and other things may have caused it. Me myself, I am betting Karl forgot to install the drain plug. What do you think made the Vasa sink?

As I have always understood it, they put too many guns and too much ornate carvings and whatnot on it, making it very top heavy.
