the cop helped him trip I'm sure / but everybody is more than a little tense in those situations

Real sad Capt Dwayne Conyers It looks like the one cop was going help hi but the supervisor pushed him away. It also looks like a heavy piece of artillery the soldier was carrying. Some sort of tear gas launcher?

people don't carry artillery pieces like m198 howitzers or 777 howitzers, those things are larger than vehicles, I assume you mean a grenade launcher?
