President Joe Biden had a forgetful week before jetting off to India for the G20 Summit. Among the things he forgot: the year of his presidential inauguration, the name and job title of the U.S. secretary of defense, and whether or not it's appropriate to stroke a little girl's face.
Most alarmingly, Biden forgot to stay for the duration of a White House Medal of Honor ceremony. Instead he wandered out of the room—looking lost and confused as always—and left the honored recipient, former U.S. Army captain Larry Taylor, jilted and alone.
White House press secretary Karine Jean-Pierre claimed that Biden left early to "minimize" others' exposure to COVID-19, but no one believed her because it wasn't true.
