Whew, that is a relief. Well Mayor Pete got it wrong, bridges were just built low back in the day. Thank God, I would hate to drive on racist roads, some racism might taint my soul. Well the Washington Post had a knee jerk reaction and jumped to defend Mayor Pete, but what else is new? Journalists main job these days seem to be to defend Democrats, no matter how stupid the comments. At least the Washington Post admitted to knee jerking. I wonder what they will do with all the money in the infrastructure bill that was to be used to study racist roads? May resume building the boarder fence? Naw, it would actually make sense and seem sane, we can’t have that!

You can put an intelligent conscientious person in a position they know little about and they will learn what they need to and serve society well. Unfortunately, Buttigieg doesn’t have either one of these qualities. He is a hack that blows in the wind, sort of like Biden, they make good bookends.

You know, doc, an interesting side by side comparison, would be all the major news outlets with the number of times they've had to back track, been wrong, just made it up, etc. To keep the numbers under 4 or 5 digits, perhaps start with the Gore/Bush fiasco.
