I think someone was talking about this today - that he passed the info on through match.com or something. Or that's how he met this Russian woman.
Then falsified a leave form on top of passing the info - like put down a location that was nowhere near where he really went.
What a moron. And at Offutt - I'm going to assume STRATCOM is where he was working then. I'm not sure where else Navy would be there. 31 months (It says 18 for the first and 13 for the second served consecutively) pretty legit sentence for what he did.
