Moral responsibility and behavior. How far can we regulate behavior. We are headed in a direction as a society in which there are no regulators on behavior. Internal regulators such as guilt, religion, knowing the difference between right, wrong and moderation. If people can't stop their eating, binge watching, drinking, shooting, snorting, or social media addictions, how do you teach them any self control? They voted for Trump, and that pretty much sums up the direction of our country. Either candidate offered no leadership in moral behavior.

Col Rebecca Lorraine - That's not true. There are plenty of people who give a shit, and I'm one of them. I understand what you're saying though. None of the Bollywood people give a shit about anything unless it happens to them, like cancer and other diseases. Then it's like the lights come on and they realize they are human.

Col Rebecca Lorraine does not this entire matter go back to the 'responsibility and respect' which many OLDER people feel are lacking in today's world?

I agree that responsibility and respect are missing. Perhaps because we have many children growing up without the lessons through family, school, church and society. I just don't know how we can regulate moral behavior. The social media, movies and internet now raise our future generations and they havent learned how to talk, work, read or share. We have entered a strange phase of human evolution.

Along with cigarettes, alcohol, and crappy food, moderation is key. Professional porn is highly regulated, so it doesn't really cause public health hazards. Amateur porn would be impossible to prevent. As we pride ourselves on our freedoms, the recording of consensual sex is not likely to go away.

The first things to come to my mind after I read this twice:
1. How will this be handled on the tech side
- domain blacklisting via ISP's ?
- forcing all porn to .xxx ?
- more snooping by the government?
- specific rules on social media platforms per state?
2. How will users react?
- VPN ?
- More Tails and TOR usage ?
- Deep/Dark web
- Move from VA ? VA is the commonwealth with enough history to assume they may excessive
- Torrent and download more?
3. Limiting supply without educating on the benefits of doing so just creates a higher demand for said supply.

Baseball used to be the great American pastime LOL...The majority of porn consumers are teens for which I blame parental negligence, lack of education and understanding, and the fetishist American media. People are misguided and bored and fall into a quagmire of bad habits. They need to respect themselves more while, at the same time, showing more respect for and decency towards their fellow man.

2LT (Join to see) - I don't understand how most of what you said relates to my response.
Why do you blame the parents? How would you suggest redirecting those who are "misguided and bored"? Who is disrespecting who?
