I participated in the Hidden Heroes event last night and my heart broke open with each of the stories....with admiration and heartache. If you are looking for a digital resource to help you preserve your personal connections in a safe space, please check out CaringBridge. Via website and/or app, you can communicate updates with loved ones, share pictures and videos and use a calendar tool to digitally coordinate help, meals, visits, etc. with family, friends and other support aids. It is a free tool, run by a nonprofit for over 23 years, no advertising, secured data and customizable privacy settings.
