MY SAY When the whole of US taxes barely cover the INTEREST on the national debt, how & why are we supporting Europe gain against a foe that can't even blitzkrieg a much smaller breakaway country?

Civilian here..these large amounts of money???are we buying these weapons and sending them or are we sending our own equipment and supplies? I don't understand can one of you knowledgeable persons splain it to me like I'm a 6 year old?I hope to god Ukraine comes out of this the winner..but I just need to understand where all this money is going?
