It was not misinterpreted...I watched the entire thing...I watched is body movements and his voice etc...he meant what he said but his handlers didn't like it so they came out later and are attempting damage control by "clarifying" saying it was misinterpreted...it wasn't misinterpreted...the Ukrainian President even commented on it. If you are going to tell someone like Russia there will be consequences you need to tell them what those consequences will be. A threat without action is just a threat.
