When I was in the military they had a policy that they had to use all the money given them by Congress or they would lose it. The old use it or lose it.

CW3 Kevin Storm My guess is that someone had an "idea" in the 5 sided puzzle palace, and then when they got transferred, the project died because there was no need for it in the force. Not sure why we need a hypersonic test vehicle that can launch from a carrier. All of our testing is done from test platforms close to home. Not sure a CSG commander is going to decide to do a hypersonic test while on deployment in the Gulf....
