Since it is common for folks who have been vaxd and boosted to test positive how does her personal choice matter?

1. It matters because she has a court date that is now postponed due to her choice to not be vaccinated.
2. This is her second COVID infection (She previously contracted it in March 2020). It is not just testing positive, but showing the limits of "natural" immunity.
