1. It matters because she has a court date that is now postponed due to her choice to not be vaccinated.
2. This is her second COVID infection (She previously contracted it in March 2020). It is not just testing positive, but showing the limits of "natural" immunity.

If someone had to miss court over AIDS related illness and it was broadcasted people would be going nuts. Since it is a Republican politician and COVID, it is ok. No really it is not ok.
