It's just an example of a country protecting its own borders and interests, something I expect all countries to do.

He also claims to be ethnic Serbian......I think his head is rather mixed up on his ethnicity due to his screwed up Buddhist beliefs. Probably so far gone at this point in his head, happy to turn him over to the Russians and rasPutin.
