Glad the ACLU is on the case. They do more to actually defend our constitutional rights than most of the so called lobbying groups and politicians who claim to care about our rights do.

I totally disagree. The ACLU is s leftist organization dedicated to defining our Republic as a Democracy...that being majority rule vs. rule by our Constitution, Bill of Rights, etc. Do not confuse the efforts of the ACLU with that of the ACLJ; a patriotic legal organization that defends our Republic.

PO2 Gerry Tandberg - that's not correct. The ACLU often fights for the rights of individuals against laws created by the majority. And I absolutely have not confused the ACLU with the right wing group the ACLJ.

PO2 Gerry Tandberg - Take some time and look up the definitions of a Republic and a Democracy. Both are systems that define their governments are elected by the people and those officials represent and serve the people. It's the processes that slightly differ but the endstate remains the same.

If it's not a power you would want a President Hillary Clinton to have, it's not a power you should want a President Trump to have...
