That said, Giuliani representing someone as their attorney has no bearing on whether Rudy, much less Trump did something wrong.
Neither Tillerson nor Trump has had anything to say on the subject, and there are no sources cited except another media entity.
Add that up, and that makes this third-hand conjecture.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Nah. Unnecessary to date. With the possible exception of Flynn (and I am not a fan), everybody caught up in this investigation deserved the time they got sentenced to.

1SG Dennis Hicks The Daily Beast isn't a news source I usually use. They do have a good record of reporting the facts but like CNN or Fox their narrative tends to be very ... partisan.

Capt Gregory Prickett - Sir the emotionally unstable are the ones that refuse to believe in a behavior that has been documented and demonstrated for almost three years. I wish TDS were not true, any sane person would but when "ACTUAL" evidence is all around its hard to dismiss it.

SPC Kevin Ford - When you can flip through news throughout the day and see CONSTANT one sided reporting that is the litmus test for an organization that is no longer broadcasting news but only propaganda for low information voters. When you scream the sky is falling 2 X 7 then its your own fault nobody believes you when something real happens. Regardless of what source anyone uses the real test is when something actually happens and not the doom and gloom predictions by failed psychics or those that have lost subjectivity.

Sir Climate change end of the world hysteria is not real yet we have to listen to this drama daily, it is made up, imaginary and has no basis in science. Trump Derangement Syndrome is real because examples of what are supposed to be everyday normal people melting down over Orange man bad are real. Nobody has to give anyone ANYTHING to attack the emotionally unstable, the have come out of the shadows by the thousands and demonstrate their inability to deal with and get over someone in office that they don't like. When 6 Nov 2020 rolls around and Trump gets re-elected, which will be mostly due to the TDS sufferers yet another example will be out there.
I ask you what group of individuals attacks, attempts to shoot, commits assault, has temper tantrums, shuts down highways, supports ANTIFA and attempts to shut down free speech for anyone with a different belief? Just look here at Rally Point, I have never blocked ANYONE here because they have different opinions, yet I have been blocked. I have however told it like it is, spelled out their fantasies and failures to use critical thinking. I have pointed out that everyone should really think hard about what message and who that messenger is, because in the end none of them are really on our individual sides.
Plain as day I have told everyone here, I am an asshole with no internal filter, no PC objective and I tell everyone even those that believe a great deal of what I believe the ground truth. There are a handful of RP folks that disagree with me that still engage me which I think is good, we are not drones who follow the script. I also enjoy, sometimes a little to much stirring the shit. What can I say I am an angry old Paratrooper who loves to troll those who are easy to troll.
The fact that most of what I say can be easily proven by just looking around at who is committing the violence, who is playing 3 card Monte with our country and how the corruption has been going on for decades while we were ignorantly apathetic towards those who gamed the system. Trumps main selling point is he comes off as for America 1st, he trolls the "news" daily, he has no INTERNAL FILTER good or bad. And he is doing something rather than spend time looking to get re-elected. Those that run around attacking folks with slogan hats, bumper stickers or shout down opposing viewpoints are the problem regardless of party, political association of opinion.
I see far worse in the future due to the behind the scenes tinkering that didn't start in 2016. Those pushing for a civil ware are mentally disturbed, those calling for others to receive death threats, falsely accusing others of serious crimes or attempting to cause social upheaval are a cancer in society and need to be brought out into the light for all to see.
My short term fantasy is to see term limits enacted and enforced, ANY politician that breaks the law or abuses power to be pink slipped, charged and jailed, all assets and gains while in office seized. News actually being reported instead of scripted and spun, reduce the size of government to sustainable and manageable levels. Return power to the states that was seized in power grabs. Tar and feather lobbyists and anyone attempting to suppress/change the constitution in any way other that the framers formulas. But then again I am a realist, never gonna happen so I will continue to be an asshole , stir the shit and laugh at those who don't look at the big picture and oh yeah admit when I get things wrong while calling myself a dumb asshole.
