Jesus Christ.
Everything the man does is apocalyptic and must be condemned with prejudice and hyperbole.
Lighten up, Francis.

Personally, I think pardoning war criminals is bad for morale and counterproductive to good order and discipline.

MAJ Bryan Zeski - Perhaps. Each case in different. My point is that claiming this means the Law of Land Warfare is somehow not a thing anymore because Trump Pardoned people is deep, deep hyperbole.

MAJ Bryan Zeski -
Sir,
Exactly what do you consider to be a "war crime"?

It is a bit disturbing he feels he needs to overturn the UCMJ.

POTUS Trump is in charge.
We will never know all the details.
When one has been placed in harm’s way, who is fit to judge you??

Have you pondered what you would have done in similar scenarios?

Sure, I ponder it every day. What I DO know is that I'm not going to fire on people on a motorcycle who are two football fields away without positively ID'ing the target. I also know I'm not going to take a guy off the FOB, who was just essentially cleared by my intel guys, and stab him to death. I'm also not going to pose with a dead prisoner and send it home like I killed him.

Who is fit to judge? The Courts Martial panel - it's kind of their job to judge. They did judge. They saw the evidence. They came to a conclusion. Who are we to question their conclusion, when, as you said, "we will never know all the details."

Pardoning war criminals sets a bad precedent and should be an outrage.
