LTC Kevin B. - I shake my head at the way the charges were brought about. It will most likely all be overturned. As far as the alleged adjudicated sexual predator goes, a bit out of context.

PO1 H Gene Lawrence - The charges, indictment, trial, and convictions were all legit. He may wind up with a quirky favorable ruling from the SCOTUS that saves him, but that will never change the facts that the evidence was there and a jury of his peers found him guilty. A total of 408 opportunities existed to find him not guilty, and every single opportunity led to a guilty decision. He was 0-408 with the jury, who saw and heard all the evidence. And, the sexual predator comment is not out of context. That shows his character, or rather the lack thereof.
