It appears Muller intends to leave it up to Congress, as it should be. Give them the entire report and let them decide.

MSG Stan Hutchison - I actually agree with you about the House determining the meaning of "high crimes and misdemeanors." The Constitution never defines what those are. The could impeach the President for using the wrong brand of toothpaste if they wanted to. But they won't, because of the political price they'd pay in the next election.

Of course, the Framers sort of assumed the House would not be run by idiots, but here we are. Personally, I hope they do impeach President Trump. That's when we'll see just how empty and vapid Democrats and their theories are. And then they WILL pay the price in the next election.

While Congress has the right, it scares me to give them over 400 pages of unredacted evidence when all the Democrats want to destroy Trump. I am sure they are going to find something. More and more time on investigations and impeachment talk.
