The program doesn't really seem like a TSC function. It is more of a resiliency program. Your best bet would be to go through the Chaplain corps. They can likely put you in contact with the proper organization.

SFC Mark Beazley Thansk for the contacts Mark. Couldn't resiliency training be just like rollover traiining or IED Training tp prepare soldiers going down range to better deal with the possibilities of PTSD? Just a thought - that's why I tried reaching out to the Training Support Center. I'll give your suggestiion a try - thanks again for responding!

There was a Resiliency Working Group led by the Division Chaplain. You can likely make entry through the Installation Chaplain.
