The ACLU will defend them no matter what.

I thought that too, but in this case, the harm that would come to those kids later on "should" trump anything else. The ACLU normally picks some of the dumbest stuff to defend, but 1A protects them, but to me would also be their undoing.

While I agree that this family is bat shit crazy, I'm going to play the Devil's Advocate. Just because the father is a white supremacist, does that mean he beat his children and deserves to have them taken from him and not able to visit them, even supervised visits?

That is actually a good question. Work with me on this answer: CPS would take these kids away over their given names. It could be seen as the parents are trying to "indoc" these kids into their hate organization. So getting them away from it gives them a better chance at life, and when they're adults, they can make the decision then. Folks on here would bad mouth Islam for whatever reason they can come up with. How is this any better?

Sad as it may be, "Hate" is not against the law. It is no different than Radical Islamic preaching to their children to kill Infidels, or any number of other Hate Groups.

Racism knows no skin color, meaning that you don't have to be one particular skin color to be racist against people who don't share the same skin color.
