I know one DSC awardee, Leonard DeWitt, whose packet should have been reviewed as MacArthur had said no 41st Division Soldier would receive one while under him.

I'm sure there are similar circumstances.

At the very least his case should be reviewed; more than once if necessary.

It's amazing history of this warrior soldier. I hope his packed be reviewed by the Army authorities. Spanish soldiers, native american, and black american are the minorities who contributes to America's been great again.
