Well it seems like some steps in the right direction, will it reach it goals ? Every journey starts will small steps, at least starting some two way communication get the ball rolling. There may be some Hills to climb, lets hope at some point to actually reach the summit. I don't know where this will lead but some compromise is better than nothing but even that can't be all one sided. We will have to wait and see what happens.
