Ever since I heard about it I've been waiting for the release and I must say it was worth the wait. I would love to see a NCOPD conducted based off the book. This should give us 'Noncomms' a better understanding of our profession.

SSG(P) Moore,

I will definitely take out the time to read the E-book. This is the first that I have heard of it. I have always known that NCOs are the backbone of the Armed Forces and can not ever be questioned! Thank you for sharing.

No I did not, the last book similar to this was the History of the NCO (not sure that was the title) It was a green book that we gave out to all newly promoted NCOs. looking forward to seeing what this publication has to offer. I have already sent the link out to all my contacts with the hope of a wider distribution.
