Want to bet the most “talented” will have most time on HQ assignments? Funny how that happens with all branches.

What the heck have they BEEN doing??? A lottery? Bribe the SGM? Essay contest for who can come up with the next “reinvent the wheel “ notion to waste money?

Does that mean that those Army Reserve and National Guard soldiers that go active duty but know how to setup the internet Network, know how to lay concrete and Do Contracting or who have special civilian only skills will do better? If so, I can't wait for them to do well in civil affairs!
