Scope & Content: Reel 1, Rep. Joseph Cannon and other unidentified persons watch the testing of 75-mm and 105-mm guns; 4-, 6-, and 8-inch howitzers; and trench mortars at Aberdeen Proving Grounds, Md. Reel 2, Renault and Mark VIII tanks are tested in Bridgeport, Conn. Asst. Sec. of War Crowell, Gen. C.C. Williams, and British military men observe the tanks in climbing, turning, trench-crossing, tree-smashing, and firing tests.
