Sir,
I'm not sure they can account for anything. With most of them it's something along the lines of "As Allah wills it," or something similar. I encountered similar outlooks when I worked in Nigeria. My driver had an unnerving tendency to pass trucks on a blind curve after saying "Inshallah". It took a while for me to make him stop doing that.
